It was the first time I booked tickets from kiwi. The service amazing . From start to finish your reservation very easy . I loved how u could actually sea the calendar with the cheep flights -dates .
Loved how if u provide your passport details they check u in.
Amazing company I am sad I didn’t know about it any sooner.

I booked airplane tickets from thessaloniki greece to barcelona and back some days ago, i paid, i got an email from kiwi that says my booking is confirmed, recently i logged into the app and a message pops up to tell me that the flights that i booked and paid now cost more, and that i have to pay more, also another pop-up in their app said that some of my flights have been changed, I immediately rushed to check my email and there was nothing there, closed the app opened it again and went to check my bookings, it says that my bookings are confirmed but the pop-up message to re-schedule my flights pops up again. Seriously I am now gonna talk directly with the airlines to see if my tickets are booked or if they are complete scammers and I have to contact my lawyer, a very good lawyer i have to add.

Kiwi sent the boarding pass for my first flight and when time came to sent the one for the return they sent two copies of the first flight with different filenames but the exact same info.
I had to talk with their agents twice to be assured I’d get the correct boarding pass before my return flight then two more while I was at the airport. In the end I managed to catch my flight mere minutes before departure after the airline’s personnel managed to assign me a seat and print my pass free of charge.
After about 48 hours of me trying to get the boarding pass from them they miserably failed to offer the minimum service of emailing me the correct boarding pass.

I will never waste my time and peace of mind again with KIWI.
