No one cares in LG and no one cares for the development of this app. It is disappointing.
The app, everytime the iPhone resets, forgets the soundbar and you have to set it up all the time!

Horrible
The app doesn't find the soundbar even though I'm already connected on it via Bluetooth. What a horrible experience. When the app prompts me to connect my soundbar with Bluetooth and come back to the app to continue nothing happens after I successfully connect via Bluetooth but the app doesn’t do anything it’s just stuck on that screen and of course lg support is nowhere to be found. They have this faq on their site for troubleshooting that helps no one.
Tragic app
I have the LG SL8Y Sound Bar. Every now and then it resets without touching anything. Every time I have to reset this app, Google Home and the Sound Bar (device) to set everything right back again and again. I have done it already 20 times in 2 years. Don’t you see the app is problematic? You see all these bad reviews and ignore them?
