Not helpful

I payed for an ebook. Cannot see it in the application’s ebook section. Asked for help. Not help at all. Only stereotypes! Still cannot see it. It is not about the 7,55 usd I paid , it’s about they don’t try to solve my problem. Frustrated!

When click "Action button" the application crushes and shuts immediately.
