The App is not responding
I have reported this problem to the FB team and all they said is that it was my problem. I did everything from updating my IPhone (8) to delete the App and downloaded again but still, when I enter, it shows the message “error”. That’s a pity because I love the brand a lot.
Needs some improvements
It is a cool and user-friendly app. The brand of course needs no introductions or praise but the app itself could use some improvements. Namely, there’s a very frustrating quota of how many items you can add to your basket and “buy later” list and from time to time some items vanish from both of these places for no obvious reason (they are not necessarily out of stock). Also, on another note, please add the affinity card payment option at last (and related pay-with-installments option) and even find a way for customers to pay using affinity euros through the app, so that we could benefit from this credit card, especially now with the physical stores being closed and all. We’ve been waiting for this for years!!!

One of the most intuitive IOS apps I have used so far. The scrolling experience and zooming through shopping items as well as the high quality of photos are unbeatable. Well done to its developers!
