Tired of eating the *same food again and again? Meal Duddy's Food Converter can help you find calorie equivalents between food. For example, you might want to check out how many grams of Apple are equivalent to 100 grams of Banana.

*Calorie Calculator*
Find out how many calories are equivalent to a quantity of a food. For example, 100g of banana = 98 kcal.

*Macro Calculator and Daily Plan*
Give all necessary information and let Meal Duddy calculate for you the daily macros needed for your client. Meal Duddy will also split the macros in meals.

*Foods/Recipes*
Create your own foods or recipes from one or many foods from our database. You can create your own food and then use it in all of Meal Duddy's Features. You can also create a recipe containing up to 7 foods (including yours) and then use it as a food in all of the features. Meal Duddy will help you calculate the macronutrients per 100g of the recipe.
