My personal keyboard choice
SwiftKey was the best keyboard for iOS and for about two years it was abandoned without serious updates.
There was no reason to update something that was so good. That changed when Apple forced developers the monthly updates. This enforcement, paired with the Chat GPT powered Bing, gave this application the chance to shine again.
I am very happy that new features are added and I hope it will be stable and lightweight as it was on previous versions.
Cursor control no longer possible
When using more than one languages invoking cursor control is not possible since spacebar is used for switching between them rather than the former. As no new iOS devices support 3D touch, this has become a no-go issue for this keyboard. This is especially troublesome on the new iPhone SE that doesn't have an area below the keyboard to invoke cursor control (which is also not very practical though).
The developers must reevaluate this ASAP, for example Google Gboard uses a separate button for language switching and space for cursor control, or there could be some gesture for the former.
Let's cut the bs... This is the best keyboard out there
Not a fan of Microsoft, but this keyboard is far superior than the native ios and definitely better of the google keyboard.
The predicted words are simply amazing. Plus, sometimes you just try to type what you want and you don't even look and only to see that it has been corrected (the entire paragraph here was done like this).
