MILES accident
They charged me 700€ for an accident that had NO damage to miles car and a mini scratch to the opposite. They only sent deadline email with instructions for me about the accident, to charged me a minimum fee. I didn’t answer on time due to login problems with my email and they charge me 700€. They should’ve send a message to my phone number at least. Tragic customer service. They don’t even answer my emails. Now I have to pay for the damages who been there BEFORE my ride and were reported also BEFORE :) That’s miles company guys. Watch out before you make a ride they will charge you previous damages. Never again. Thanks

As a tourist it doesnt accept your ID
Didn't accept my Greek document because it was on another format and after i tried another document my acc was suspended.
