Stop and Read! If you have an older MIO product - Mio Alpha, Mio Fuse, Mio Link or Mio Slice – do not download! This app is designed to only support the new mioPOD heart-rate tracker.

Understand the impact of every workout on your body with Mio APP, as it delivers personalized analytics for Training Effect, Training Load, Training Status and Recovery Time metrics. The Mio APP also provides access to Apple HealthKit, Strava and Selfloops so that you can maintain your workout history there.

The Mio APP connects to the new mioPOD - the heart rate training tracker. Pair your mioPOD with the Mio APP, select your desired training Heart Rate zones, and the MIO Cardio Pilot™ will prompt you to stay within your personal training intensity targets via haptic feedback and glanceable color light alerts.

Mio APP currently supports English and Chinese languages.

Despicable !!!!

There was transition from one company to another and they ditched all of us that had bought their products ! Unprofessional! And it’s worth the boycott! How dare they ! You ARE A DISGRACE FOR CONSUMERS , there is a thing called consumer ethics and a responsibility for people that gave their good money !

You suck
