Nearly excellent
I have not yet explored all the possibilities or even abilities that you are given in the game, but I'm starting to become addicted. My only complaint is the long loading periods that pop up all over the place.
Gangsters
By the time you realize you spend serious money for nothing will be to late.
The game now has a lot bugs, some annoying , some really damaging.
Your app might crash and by the time you logging again you are zeroed to nothing loosing a couple 100 euros like that.
In their effort to create a million new features only for paying customers, they have made the gave very unstable.
If you are not intended to spend a couple thousand euros in game don't do the effort. The game is completely imbalanced to payers gain and very expensive to accomplish a relative safe.
Always when you do that , you might discover you are now in a semi-dead state of other huge spenders unable to hit each other since it will mean loosing a lot for nothing. Bored as hell. No strategy involved in this game after your state grows a little.
Their customer service to all the mistakes and bugs will be replying with mass mails to all. Kind , frustrated as and you and empty of any meaning .
You want another opinion? Just check how many accounts most people are selling in the older states in order to cut their losses.

It would be even better if you can allow players to change state to be with there alliance friends
