Could be way better
Honestly the app isn’t working well, specifically when I try to customize my own case the image doesn’t load or it takes forever and it lags as well , the same thing happens when I change the option to my phone model which at first was shown automatically when logged in but then had to change manually lags to much or doesn’t load as well if you don’t exit the page only to go back again. I tried numerous times contacting costumer relation services regarding my orders but they are as well non existent. I had more expectations from this brand after hearing gospels about it but it feels kinda disappointing now.
App issues
From spins or creators I had some coupons and I would buy some cases but the problem is from browser as even the application when I try to create a custom case after I upload an image and wait a few minutes it still appears as nude. The last 3 days I am logged in on my Mobilfox account and when I go to shop it says to log in and there appears nothing about buying or creating any case. Unfortunately I have heard good reviews but after all this I am disappointed.
BUGS!!!
I made a custom case and it looked just like I wanted it to. It came to me with the photo cropped and I didn't want it like that. The customer service never give to me answers why happened that to my case. And of course they don’t make a new for me.
