Redesign of user interface
The latest version of ΔΕΔΔΗΕ app is now available, to make your customer experience the best it has ever been! This modern, easy to use, and functional app will provide instant access to the services you need the most, anytime you like.
You will specifically have access to the following features:
• Report a power outage/failure at your establishment.
• Withdraw the failure you submitted once it has been resolved.
• Receive notifications regarding scheduled power outages or/and broader
notifications.
• Submit your meter readings.
Information regarding the functionality
• You can subscribe to 1 or more municipality/town, to receive instant
notifications regarding problems in those areas.
• To submit a power outage or challenge your meter readings, the supply
number of your appliance is required, together with your full name. Your
cellphone number will also be required in order to verify your submission
through a One-Time-Password (OTP).
Contact
•Instant notification of power outage towards ΔΕΔΔΗΕ technical team.
• Daily update of meter readings to the central information registry.
