Η εφαρμογή My eClaim δίνει τη δυνατότητα στους πελάτες της Generali να επικοινωνήσουν μέσω βιντεοκλήσης απευθείας με έναν εκπρόσωπο της Εταιρείας που θα τους παρέχει υπηρεσίες όπως:
• Δήλωση ατυχήματος τη στιγμή του συμβάντος
• Εκτίμηση ζημιάς & υπολογισμός κόστους
• Άμεση καταβολή αποζημίωσης
• Εκτίμηση κινδύνου ασφάλισης (ασφαλίσεις κατοικίας, επιχείρησης, οχήματος)
Η κλήση μπορεί να πραγματοποιηθεί είτε μέσω της κάμερας του κινητού τηλεφώνου του πελάτη είτε μέσω κοινής χρήσης της οθόνης του.
Για την χρήση της υπηρεσίας θα πρέπει να επικοινωνήσετε μαζί μας (210 72 68 000/801 111 222 333) και στη συνέχεια να προχωρήσετε στην λήψη της εφαρμογής και να συνδεθείτε σε αυτή μέσω του συνδέσμου που λάβατε με SMS ή email.
Κατά τη διάρκεια της κλήσης παρέχονται οι εξής δυνατότητες: Ήχος και βιντεοκλήση υψηλής ποιότητας, κοινή χρήση οθόνης και πλοήγησης, καθοδήγηση & χρήση κάμερας εξ’ αποστάσεως, λήψη φωτογραφίας & απευθείας αποστολή της μέσω email, υπόδειξη σημείου προς εστίαση κ.α.

In the context of the acquisition’s completion of AXA Insurance S.A. by Generali Group, as of May 31st 2021, “AXA Insurance S.A.” changed its name to “GENERALI HELLAS I INSURANCE COMPANY S.A.” with the distinctive title “Generali I” and became member of Generali Group. Hence, any reference to “AXA Insurance S.A.” shall be replaced by the new name.
