Can’t change card info
There is no option to change the credit card info. I want to remove the old one but there is no such option. I can’t use the app to park anymore

Can’t add a card for payment
Very disappointed. I parked in a payed spot after searching for 25 minutes and I was in a rush for a medical exam. I downloaded the app, inserted all the information about the street and the license plate and then I got asked to “top up” my wallet and insert a card as I payment method. After filling a form with personal info I pressed submit and I got an error text saying I should try again later. This happened five times after trying to close the app and trying again. I had to search for parking again or I would risk getting a ticket. Very unreliable and one would expect an app that actually works when it’s sponsored by the municipality of Athens. Very disappointing experience.

I got a ticket while I paid for parking through the app
The app has a very friendly user interface and everything looks working. The only problem is that i paid 4 euros for a parking, and then i got a ticket by police to pay a fine of 10 euros for not paying. Even though I sent the screenshots to the mail on the parking ticket i got a response 2 weeks later that they insist in paying the parking fine. As an application is fine but is actually not doing what it has been the purpose of the app to do. A shame.
