Έχω πραγματοποίηση σύνδεση με ρολόι/μετρητή Και μπαίνω στην εφαρμογή και μου δείχνει μόνο : αίτηση καταχώρησης . Μίλησα με εκπρόσωπο και μου είπαν να κανω 10 φορές λάθος τον κωδικό για να το δουν στο αρμόδιο τμήμα και να το αποκαταστήσουν. Τόσο δύσκολο είναι δηλαδη; Να μπορώ να μπω στην εφαρμογή και να βλεπω τους λογαριασμός μου..και όχι να μου στέλνετε στο βαιμπερ κωδικούς πληρωμής χωρίς να ξέρω τι γινεται
Bugs
The application is almost useless - every month, i have to try at least 15 times to pay my bill because i keep getting the following message: “sorry an internal error has occured”. Well yeah obviously! And sometimes my current bill is confused with an old one, for example if my current bill is 50€ it shows 120€ instead, and i have to keep refreshing the app to adjust the total number. Please invest more in your software development team, it looks like you’re recruiting fresh graduates only to pay less.
