Friendly to navigate
I have not purchased anything through the app yet, but so far browsing, preferencing, filtering has been super easy and I love the suggestions. Also I looove that mytheresa has such a big variety, amazing display of clothes and a variety of prices.
Slow running, sometimes it stops running and I have to delete the app and redownload it
Slow running, when press return button sometimes it return to the last item but many of the times at the beginning of the page! Put a video view on a model! Pls put a video on every product!!!! The app is slow almost never returns to the last product when pressing return and is veryyy slow! Sometimes it blocks completely and in order to get it run again I have to delete the app and install it again. When it blocks I press for example home page and the line on the top shows that the app is running but it sticks there for ever!

Needs serious improvements
Although Mytheresa is my favourite shopping destination I find the app extremely difficult to use. It stops responding, it gives me the 404 error all the time, it loads really slowly and this is why I almost never shop via the app. It needs serious improvements. Its quality is very low for such a luxury retailer.

The problem insists. The app isn’t working properly. It’s actually getting worse! Honestly I don’t understand why it is so hard to fix it.
It is very disappointing.
