Description
For private use of NCCAA members. The NCCAA App allows both Students and CAAs to manage their Cert and CDQ exams, Student Clinicals, CME submissions, and all communications with NCCAA. CAAs can also view their official certificates. Students will only be able to access certain modules, and after they become a certified CAA, the remaining modules will open and the previous ones will close.

- Enlarges the + button at the top of the Clinical Competencies page
- Adds the title "Patient Skill Summary" before the list of selected categories on the Add/Edit case form
- Fixes the layout issue that was causing some of the ASA options to overlap the arrow on the right side
- Fixes the layout issue that was causing the Save/Delete buttons on the Add/Edit case form to scroll with the other fields
- Implements a mechanism that allows us to tell apart which users have updated to the newest version
