Used to be efficient

I was using the app a lot in the past (3-4 years ago) since the reporting was working. The authorities were doing their job. However, the last months nothing seems to work. I report a problem usually by attaching a photo and the authorities they either do nothing or they just lie. Sometimes, they question my report! This, for example, happened when I reported illegal parking in front of a 5-star hospital in Athens taking all the space of the pedestrians. Obviously, there is an internal communications between the hotel and the municipality of Athens, whatever that means. So uninstalling the app is the wise option. At least I m taking my “free space” back!

Let’s write this in English since the entire app is in English. This is an application that fails to implement even the most basic accessibility standards, making it unfriendly and unusable for blind users.We are unable to verify our mobile phone numbers, and we cannot submit reports through the app. This is especially frustrating because we are the citizens most affected by accessibility barriers in our municipalities, yet we are also the ones who are unable to report these issues anywhere.

Great idea, could use some improvement

The idea behind this app is excellent.Still the app could be somehow improved:1. When an issue is marked as “resolved” the user should have the opportunity to reply or give feedback on the resolution: in my case I reported faulty city lights (light not working on the street), it was marked as resolved but the lights are still not working 2. Reports should have the option to be edited3. Users could get the option to give feedback for the city or the solution when it’s marked as resolved:-Happy or not with:The solution givenThe quickness of the solution Star rating or grades (1-5) could be used
