Ommnio is instant messaging technology to communicate with ALL employees, particularly with those that are “deskless”, because they do not work in front of a computer. Since most employees do not have a corporate device, Ommnio connects teams with their personal mobile phones, while protecting their privacy and leisure time.
Push notifications are only sent while working, protecting each team member time. And everybody can connect and discuss professional matters without sharing their personal phone numbers.
Companies are putting at risk their GDPR compliance when using WhatsApp with their employees. These teams are not only publicly sharing their personal phone number with workmates, they are also being bothered with push notifications round the clock.
