Monthly subscription

The app charged me with a subscription that I never authorized! I downloaded it once and when I found out that, in order to use it you have to pay for almost 99% of the features, I deleted it right away. But I never authorized any monthly subscription to any kind of service! And suddenly I get an invoice for a subscription renewal to Photable that I never made! Of course I reported the issue directly to iTunes support so that they’ll take it from here.

At least let someone try the app before forcing them to pay

I understand where you are coming from on this. We’ve taken note of it and will add more and more quality free contents in the future. Please check the app for more new, cool contents in the future.

Scam App

This app just charged me for a Yearly subscription ( 34,99) out of nowhere before I was able to cancel my 3 day trial !!!! I request a full refund !!! This is unacceptable

Firstly, we want to apologize for any bad experience and inconvenience this has caused you.
If you didn't mean to make the purchase but have already been billed, you can request a refund.
Below is the complete guide on how to cancel your current subscription and request a refund:

1. Open the inbox of your Apple ID email, find the billing notification email sent by Apple detailing the purchase. Take a note of the order ID (this will be later used during the phone call with Apple)
2. Open https://support.apple.com/kb/HT201232
3. Find and dial Apple's support number for your country or region. (the phone call may last more than 10 minutes)
4. When prompted to choose the subject of your inquiry, select the ones around the line of “iTunes App Store”and “Purchases and Billing”, until you get to an Apple representative.
5. Tell Apple that the purchase was accidental and not intended, and state your request for a refund for it.
