With the app, you can:
• Start charging immediately just by scanning the QR code of the station with your app

• Plan your road trips with suggested charging stations and save time

App does not start charging
Although I used it once and managed to charge my car, since then the app does not let me press the start charging button. I have done everything including reinstalling the app, reinserting the payment method numerous times but nothing works. I have even called the help center but they found no solution. It is definitely a problem with the app and not the charging stations. Fix it or take it out

Awesome App
The App plans my trip with a memorable voyage programming all my charge point.
It only needs to have an upgraded list of all car models
This app works one out two times…
…so, not worth going out of your way.
I have repeatedly tried to charge (ac) with an error message ensuing. Tried again- no cigar.
Too bad, as they purport to have fast chargers as well. Hopefully they’ll recruit developers who know their stud, but until then do yourself a time & aggravation saving favour: stay away.
