RADICAL - LUGGAGE STORAGE 4+

Although booking was easy the time on the booking was different from what I've chosen.
I communicated with support and they told me times are merely indicative (hold that).
I arrive on the spot and the place had different one name in the email and another on the app. I happened to check the name from the email which wasn't the one on the door sign, so I communicated again with BagBnb to verify the place which had no photo.
Then I realize there is no one in (it was Sunday). The door had a lock password but I did not have such a number. I ask BagBnb and they told me to contact the owner. So I did, their phone was not working so I had to email and wait outside for the reply.
They did reply in about 5 mins, not long, and gave me a password for the door. I asked if this password was going to be valid for the day and they said yes.
I went in, left my bag in a storage room with private lock and left.
After a few hours when I came back I was repeatedly trying the password for the door and it wouldn't open.
I email the owner again saying that I cannot get in. This time they replied after 15 mins and by the time my stress levels had gone through the roof because I needed to leave for the airport.
They said the password changed and that my booking was only until 13:00. Remember I told you about the wrong booking times?

Bottom line is the app is missing some automated processes and I had to do all this back and forth of communication for something that was supposed to be simple. Plus when you make people choose specific time it makes no sense to later put different times and say they are indicative.

On top of that besides the stress these delays could have easily resulted to me loosing my flight.

Also I really did not like calling the owners angels...

I booked a place to leave my luggage, when I arrived there, the place was closed. Thankfully the support was very helpful and I got the refund. I ended up using a luggage storage nearby which turned out to be way cheaper.
