Unprofessional review system
I have sold many expensive synthesizers from my studio and have gotten 5 star reviews or no reviews at all which is frustrating.
I sold one effect unit for 50 euros to a strange person and because he wasn’t paying me and I send him an email to cancel the order he did pay me and left me one star review with no justification.
I tried to contact hep center and they informed me that they cannot do anything
