Ryanair 4+

I think the best app in searching and booking air tickets so easily. Mobile boarding passes also very good and manage my booking offers many many options after booking. Plus low fares of Ryanair it worths 5 stars.

Firstly, I cannot even understand why there should be an app in order someone to get his boarding pass! Secondly, it is unbelievable how hard Ryanair makes your life in order to get one. It seems that you only have two options: printing it (no comment..) OR paying extra charges (because when you try to download it from the app it’s really impossible!) I have been trying for hours and keep on receiving a message saying “sorry, something went wrong with your request and you can’t add a boarding pass to your apple wallet on this device”. By the way, I downloaded the app from different devices as well (as if we have plenty of time to kill..) I am flying tomorrow and I don’t even want to think about the extra cost I will be charged. Unacceptable airlines service! Last time I am traveling with Ryanair.

I'm really sorry I trusted my money to your company. I understand about the difficult time we are going through worldwide, but I feel a lot of ridicule while it is known that the flight will be canceled 1 month later we are put in the process of trusting you to travel with you and the money is never returned! and you constantly reply with the relevant email that you are sorry for what happened. I missed you so much for the € 480 I gave you and you can take them from me in seconds and you have never returned them to me! I would recommend to you who read this comment to pay more than 50 € but be aware that if the flight is canceled you will have your money back immediately and not like this company that never returns it!
