*This application is for Galaxy Buds+ and Galaxy Buds Live. Support for Galaxy Buds (SM-R170) is not available.

Open the charging case.
On your mobile device, tap Settings -> Bluetooth and then connect earbuds and mobile devices.
Launch the Samsung Galaxy Buds app, and the follow the on-screen instructions to complete the connection.

* The Samsung Galaxy Buds application connects Samsung Galaxy Buds+ and Samsung Galaxy Buds Live to your iPhone.

* Use the Samsung Galaxy Buds application to set up and manage the following features.

- Connect to and disconnect from a mobile device
- Earbuds & Charging Case battery status
- Ambient Sound (Samsung Galaxy Buds+ only)
- Active Noise Cancelling (Samsung Galaxy Buds Live only)
- Equalizer Setting
- Touchpad Setting
- Advanced Feature
- Find my Earbuds
- Earbuds Software Update

* Compatibility:
- iPhone 7 or later models with the iOS 10 and higher version
- The Galaxy Buds application is not compatible with Galaxy Buds (SM-R170)

* Settings and features provided by the Galaxy Buds application are only available when Galaxy Buds+ or Galaxy Buds Live is connected to your mobile device. Features will not work properly without a proper connection between your earbuds and your mobile device.

This app needs an update, it’s too old

I understand that this app is not compatible with SM-R170 and (I suppose also for the SM-R190), but this is not the case. The thing is -leaving bud compatibility with the app aside- that the app itself is not compatible either with my iPhone or my iPad (both having the latest software updates). The app can be installed but it won’t run!
I think it’s high time Samsung make ps working applications for all Apple products which will also cover the new Galaxy Buds Pro 2, which I am about to buy.

Hey there, we are sorry for the inconvenience. Could you please tell us your Buds, iPad, and iPhone models?
Note: The minimum requirement for a Galaxy Buds+/Live to work in iOS is satisfied by iPad 5th Generation or later models with iOS 10 and later versions. Also, note that not all iPhone models are supported in the iOS version of this app. Support in iOS starts from iPhone 7 and later models with iOS 10 and later versions. The Galaxy Buds app is not compatible with older models.
Also, please note that this application has been developed for iPhone, support for some later models of iPad is provided by scaling the application.

Samsung Galaxy Buds2 Pro

Please update the app, today I received my new Galaxy Buds2 Pro, I can connect the buds with iPhone 11 Pro Max but the app does not recognize them, it’s a pity, Please developers do something i purchased your best model, until I will change mobile device and go to Samsung , here is your opportunity to prove that you support your devices either it is a SAMSUNG cell phone or an IPhone … if you do not do this then guess the disappointment of your potential future clients…
I hope you will take action soon!

Hi there! So far, the Galaxy Buds app in iOS supports only two models, the Buds+ and Buds Live. We'll let you know if there's any update on the matter. Thank you for your query.

I can’t make calls from face time messenger or viper when I’m in WiFi I go 3 times to service the galaxy buds + and not work. Have any one the same problem ?

It’s not work microphone when I make calls in this apps an I use WiFi. When I make calls in this apps and I use data 4g it’s work microphone. I have go 3 time on service and not make nothing
