Don't buy an air conditioner or any large appliances from skroutz.
We bought three and all three came with dents and scratches one to the point it needs to be returned. After they took a week to deliver them and another to install them now they tell us that we have to arrange a return of the damaged product, a re-delivery for the replacement and after the delivery is made, we have to arrange a new installation date with their technicians .
We arranged for the damaged product to be returned and no one showed up. Absolutely no update from skroutz for 10 days and no one is answering my messages.
Installation service also unacceptable. It was obvious that the refrigeration engineers who came did not know much about air conditioners. They also refused to install the plug cable for the large unit, claiming that it needed a different plug. I then had to get an electrician who confirmed that the original plug was suitable. Overall a nightmare and we are still waiting ti hear about the damaged unit almost a month after we placed the order

This company has done a Monopoly in greece and the government does not check them. I bought a product on their app and it said ill be delivered tomorrow (thats one of the reasons i bought it) I was getting messages from skroutz mile all day that your order is near you, your order is coming and I was waiting. Then another message came it said your order is 3 minutes away and then suddenly it said unable to deliver, while making me wait for an hour. I tried contacting them to give the reason why they couldnt deliver and made me wait for no reason, i got no answer. And i was speaking to ai the whole time as they have no employees you can talk to and no phone numbers. Avoid this app if you want your orders in time.
