Unable to select wifi
I connect to my air condition’s wifi but on the step that asks me to select a wifi that has internet access I don't see any of my networks. I have 5.8 ghz and 2.4ghz local networks

Hello, check the 2.4GHZ network of the router, and there is no restriction on air conditioning access to the network. If the network hotspot sent is U-ACxxxx, use this APP for network distribution. If it is AIRCONDITIONERxxx, use hOnAPP. If unsuccessful, please contact local after-sales assistance.
Wifi connection
When i open smart clima app and trying to refresh after few seconds the app shut down. This happens only to iphone.
On ipad works fine. Please for your support.
