Somfy alarms and cameras
- Easily install and configure Somfy alarms and cameras (Home Alarm, Somfy One+, Indoor and Outdoor Camera)
- Activate and deactivate the alarm, motion detection or night mode
- Get notified in case of an alert and access your cameras to keep an eye on your home
- Check the history of past events and download them to your smartphone
- Receive smart notifications that remind you to activate the alarm when you leave the house and inform you when your children come home from school (kids function)
- Set up your cameras by adjusting motion sensitivity and detection areas (compatible with your pets)
- Build a community of trust and add family members and loved ones to your setup
- Use voice assistants to control your devices (compatible with Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa)
Somfy's connected videophones [2023 - Only available in France]
- Easily install your connected videophone or connect your videophone using your connectivity module
- Receive a notification with the visitor's photo as soon as they ring your doorbell, for immediate recognition
- Chat in real time with your visitor: communication comparable to a phone call vs. alternating communication like a walkie-talkie
- Open your door and/or gate remotely with a simple click
- Make it easier for them to access your home by disabling your alarm and keep an eye on them by activating your outdoor camera
- Check the history of your visits & videos of missed events.

User friendly
Simple and efficient
App rarely gets updated, missing basic features
My honest review. App is working great, no false alarms or bugs/crashes. But it’s pretty basic! They rarely update it, not to mention adding new features. I would like to see a new alert system that will notify me when my home alarm comes on. Right now when someone breaks into your house you only get an email (!) so if you are outside, there is no way to find out, not until you unlock your phone anyway.

Too many connection errors
Although it's great it's giving too many connection errors. Today the alarm went off and I couldn't disarm it for 15 minutes. Since there are so many connection issues there should be like a safe passcode or something that works on the app to disarm. Also the app needs more support.
