Sonos Never Connecting

My SONOS keeps disappearing from the app and I can’t connect to it unless I do a factory reset, usually multiple times until it actually works. I have tried everything and at this point it only connects to my phone when it feels like. The app does not function at all, only says “not connected” even after connecting to my Sonos system. This is getting so ridiculous and it’s been months of this. I loved my Sonos so much and the sound but at some point it just stopped connecting, please fix this.

Clowns 🤡

The last update was a major disappointment and ruined the image of the company. Give us the option to downgrade to v.16.1 were everything was working seamlessly. New version was made from clowns, hardly works, very slow, besides other major issues. Actually if not a downgrade is possible I should give up all my Sonos devices and move to another system which work fast and clean.
