Preeminent service
I think that stock X is a place in which we can find anything and at the best price . I have realised more than 57 purchases and all was done extremely smooth .
Flaws flaws flaws
App is flawed, can’t match prices with the correct region. Last update really ruined this thing. Essentially won’t accept bids and sell now will end up lacing asks. So all in all, you got no idea what you are doing.
And the worst thing is their customer support. It’s always been pretty terrible, trying to answer in a general manner and simply hope you get as bored contacting them as they are answering to you. Lately, they do nothing at all. 3 days waiting time between each reply, as general as it gets with no resolution ever.
It’s a good option if you have no other, but it is fundamentally flawed, not really functioning as a company/marketplace/facilitator but as a middle man you never get to see, offering the minimum effort (simply creating an app/website) and taking a huge cut.
Not working as it should
I had a bid with the exact same amount as the lowest ask but I didn’t get the product (iPhone 12 pro max). I contacted the support and i sent them photos of the bids and they indeed saw that I was right, but they did nothing and someone else bought the product for a higher price. The lowest asking price it’s different from the lowest bids and that and their bid system doesn’t work. I asked for a solution to find a way so I could get the product that I had the matching bid, but they offered me no solutions. Terrible app and very bad support
