Nice app great availability
It’s difficult sometimes to find a taxi in athens but they go above their way and they have a 24 hour call center to help you out
Unreliable service-0 stars
I used the app for the first time today. “Great”experience: I made an appointment 3-4 hours before and I get a call 5 minutes before the appointment to tell me they can’t find a driver and if I could wait another 10 minutes. I waited some more and got a second call telling me they still couldn’t get a driver. What was even the point of making the appointment? Is it so hard to reserve a driver? Why offer the service if you can’t manage it? This shows disrespect to the client and lack of professionalism.

We are sorry that we were not able to serve you as we would have liked. This is due to a very large increase in demand. We strive to constantly increase our fleet to keep service high.
Basic
(Very) basic app compared to each main competitors
Pros:
- Alpha Bank Bonus points
- Driver selection (usually only 1 available but it’s a feature)
Cons:
- Buggy map (locations shown of user and taxi at any moment are totally wrong)
- No best route seen by user (drivers may choose their own and I can’t figure out unless I manually use a map)
- No sharing option (guys that’s the main reason we use the apps, to let the other know where we are and where going to)
- If card is selected, I can’t see the charge at the end of the ride unless I go to history
- If no driver found, a new search requires to submit all info again (point of departure, destination, payment type, comment to the driver etc.)
