Ratings and Reviews
Works but practically unusable by old people
The user interface design is problematic for older people.
Not clear what is a button and what is a label.
Notifications come and go.
Approval procedure is complex instead of having a single step share screen button.
Start recording wrongly placed together with screen sharing after the support is connected. Support gets connected and screensharing does not start automatically. Alarming popups about unwanted notifications with no clear indication if this is blocking or not.

Not what you expect
It's a glorified chat agent, really. Not even close to remote controlling an iOS device, as you would expect from a "teamviewer quicksupport" app. You can chat, request... screenshots, oh and push wifi configuration. No remote control whatsoever. While I understand apple store restrictions aren probably in play here, this fact doesn't make the app any less useless.
