Stay away

This company uses practices which trick you into a subscription. They took more than 80$ from me without notice and I hadn’t even used the app because it wasn’t at all what I had expected. Very poor quality app and terrible customer service which wouldn’t issue a refund despite the fact that I found the app worthless. 80$ for what? Try the apps starfall or Pok Pok if you’re looking for something much better with better services.

Bad UX. cannot access your profile and manage subscription

Very bad UX in both website and iOS app.
Not able to manage subscription (plan & payment method) from the iOS app, you have to visit the website which is inadequate and buggy.
Fix asap or stop promoting the app, it is data intrusive and customer unfriendly.

Fishing practices

Not clear descriptions about charging trial and paid plan. It leads you to select free trial and “fishes” your consent to pay yearly . You must to be careful .
