Fully Hacked since I bought Total AV
Dear sirs I’m a customer of your company, buying total AV Pro since January 2024. Since I download your antivirus in my pc , it started not working right , about a month later I was sure that my pc was hacked!!! I get in touch with the authorities and made a statement. They said that there will be no further damage and that I have to redownload windows. The hackers didn’t stop though with your permission!! They took all my data , a life times work (15 years business data ) and priceless personal data , such as government data and priceless personal voice , video and photos of me and my children!!! These data are in the hands of criminals because of you !!! I discovered the amount of the damage that was made a few days ago when I realized that my bank accounts, cards , even pay pal acts were also hacked, leaving me with 0 money !!! Since February I can’t work , my pc is hacked and my family is facing lack of basic needs !!! I’m a single family mother and I will not stop sending you the truth!!! This is the discussion with you representative: Unless you recognize the damage that is made by you in my pc , iPhone, bank accounts and cards ,through Apple ID and App Store, I’ll keep sending. Thank you in advance for your understanding and I’m looking forward to a justified action taken from you !!!
