Township
I played this game and I have reached level 60 I switched telephone and when I reload the game I was back to the beginning. I lost all what I had played and the system is not giving me the chance to load the game at level 60 again.
What’s wrong?
It’s been 2 days now and the game won’t open! After the playrix logo screen it just closes and throws me back at my phone’s Home Screen again. It’s not loading or anything… I had my phone checked but there’s nothing wrong with it, nor it does this in any other application. I even deleted other apps in case this was a space issue (though there was plenty of gigabytes space to begin with) and still the same problem. The game won’t load or open. So it obviously is an issue of the application itself. Maybe something wrong with the servers? Or a bug? I don’t know. Is there anyone to answer me? Or maybe fix it?

Used to be a good game
As a player of almost 8 years, I have to say, it used to be fun fair good game, the last 1,5 to 2 years…is getting worse every month..for so many reasons. I’m disappointed. Pls playrix and township team, get it together!!!! Listen to your costumers (fb group pages are full of complaints) fix the bugs and dozens of issues in every single event!! And for God’s sake fix the costumer’s service/support, people reaching out to you including myself, and you guys never reply. And our problems are never solved!
I could be here and write pages and pages of bad, unfair, dishonest, game experience, but what’s the point??! No one is listening.. and no one is interested to fix the issues.
