auto erased all my progress
Heeeeey guys please help me!! I can’t restore my progress in the game ..I was editing ‘My Home’ and suddenly the game pulled me out of the sims ,and then I logged in and it was GONE everything..and it made me do a new sim and new game started from the beginning all over again on itself , I was 26Level and now from the beginning please fix it and help me to restore it!!
The game is stuck since that last update
Everything was just fine and the game was working perfect since the last update. And even after that the game was still working, but now it just doesn’t open. Please fix it
Continuity issues with no actual help.
Contacted EA so many times, of course went in circles without a solution.
As you can see, I was using both my old & new device to play so I lost a few stuff. Needless to say also stuff I spent money on.
The worst user experience of course, I got so upset losing my stuff.
Of course I am not going to use money in the game ever again. I love it but… the people behind this don’t care.
