Why I didn’t put 5

I’ve been using this app since like 5 minutes. Literally. Took 2 photos and then AppStore prompted me to write a review.(?) So here it is: Nice free features so far, except when getting into writing a text that it seems to be an issue by stepping backward; undo capability must be kind of weak, but hey. You didn’t have much of a choice when taking photos with a Polaroid right? So this may be a good thing after all it makes the whole experience more real - like it loves to simulate the original. Being in doubt, I put a 4. There you, happy clicking :)

I downloaded yesterday and it seems really cool and nice...easy interface,good design.
Before upgrading to pro version I have a question what is the biggest print file size of the images when you exported the images.

What is the definition of cheating?

I firstly bought this app with a title like “Polaroid” or something like this. I tried for free and then bought the full version (one-time payment at 15 euros or close to that). After one year the app updated and changed name as “Instalab” however I was able to use it as before. Today, the app updated and changed name again as “VNTG” and all my purchase went away! I can only use it with minimum options and basically they ask for subscription. Is this the proper way to treat your customers who already paid for your previous versions of the app? How can anyone trust you to pay for a subscription?
