It’s a nice app I really like it but the premium stuff really annoys me like we need to pay for almost everything don’t you think that’s beside the point? I mean I really don’t wanna pay to exercise that’s why I chose app instead of gym please remove the premium of some things like why do I need to pay to do day 2? Ridiculous!

In order to meet the needs of more users, we have launched a premium version. Meanwhile, we offer one-day experience courses for breast, abs, thigh, butt, and arm 7x4 challenges on the Home page. It is used to help users to try it out and see whether the paid course is suitable for them. You can decide whether to subscribe based on your needs. Thank you for your understanding.

We also offer many free courses to help, such as the Full Body 7x4 challenge as well as beginner, intermediate, and advanced workouts for butt, thigh, abs, etc. We believe they can meet your basic exercise needs.

Meanwhile, we will continue to add more free workouts to meet your exercise needs better.

Very good

It is a great app but there should be a way to change your initial training plan without deleting and re-installing the app.

Hello, you can modify your initial training plan without deleting and reinstalling the app.

You can click on the "?" icon next to "Daily" at the top of the Daily page. Then you can reselect the body part you want to exercise and generate a new workout schedule.

You can also click on "Delete all data" at the bottom of the Mine page, then you will reset the app and delete all data in the app. Please think carefully before you delete it. Once deleted, the data can not be recovered permanently.
