Additional function
The playback function needs an additional feature so that when someone wants to, for example, go to the microsd video from November 22nd to November 10th, it cannot be done manually. It is very painful and tedious. There must be a date and time frame choice. Everything else it’s just fantastic.
This is the only that it missed.
Was good, now it gets worse and worse…
Have the cameras and the app 3 years. However app (after the last update?) after doesn’t let me to get in even though the credentials are correct. I get a message “re-login is reauired (although I am doing it again and again!!). I had to uninstall and delete the app, then re-install it in order to make it work. After almost 1 month, the issue re-appeared today, and although I did the same procedure (uninstall and re-install), nothing works…
In addition to the above, I notice a significant lack of products (cameras) at least in Europe. Many models (for example the outdoor camera) don’t exist anymore… is the company dead and we have to change to different cameras?
Very impressive
I have been using the app with the Dome camera for about a week now and I am very satisfied. Very intuitive, simple to use and has everything I ever needed from such a device. You can turn the camera around, you can “bookmark” certain positions in memory and with a press of a button go to that position and have the camera motion detector alert you every time something passes in front of it. Very impressed!
