Customer since 2015. Getting worst day by day.. Takes forever to ship items and customer support service is like a robot saying sorry for delay without any idea of how to help. Shoe sizes without length in cm. Most likely you will need to ship back your shoes to change size meaning over a month wait to finally wear your shoes.

I have been doing a lot of shopping at YOOX, but I’m not sure what has happened lately, it has really gone downhill. After a delay at my refund for a return, I gave them the benefit of the doubt because it was right after the Christmas holidays. However, a week ago I ordered some items, which have not even been shipped yet. On the next day right after I gave the order, I realised that the wrong address was submitted for some reason. I informed YOOX, but their response was that they can’t do anything about it, I should contact the courier. That would have been great if the order had actually been shipped and not sitting in their warehouse for a week (still, they could not change the address). I contacted them once again, but all replies from YOOX are robotic “sorry but”, don’t expect to actually talk to someone and find a solution. If this order ever reaches me, it will be the last time I have shopped from YOOX. There are far more reliable online shops out there.

1. It stucks very easily. sometimes just delays to show the next image
2. Also stucks when you are enlarge the images, and many times it never comes back. You cannot move or do anything. You have two leave the app
3. when you look at an item, doesn’t have proposals of similar things, like it does in the site. this is really important and I would be very helpful. many times I have to turn to the site just because of that and get out of the app.
4. The photos specifically of the shoes are not very helpful. There is a lot of distortion of the image -caused of the wrong angle-. and you cannot actually understand what the shoe really looks like.
