Great app!
I have made two orders last summer containing swimsuits which I wore all summer. They fitted perfectly and I really appreciated their quality. Only one of them was not as I expected but just because it’s pattern was not the best for me. My order arrived earlier than I expected. In fact I was already thinking of making another order with the swimsuits I want for this summer. Thank you ZAFUL!!!!
Free delivery was not free after all.
The company’s policy is unacceptable. I made an order that was supposed to be delivered for free. (My order was over 39€,the company’s minimum order for free delivery.) One part of my order was on its way, when i was informed that two of the items i ordered were not dispatched because they were not available at that time . The company later informed me that in order for the remaining items to be shipped, the second part of my order, i would have to pay delivery fees although my overall order was 120€. However i don’t know if it’s the company’s fault or the employee that dealt with my order. I hope no similar mistakes will be made in the future customers, however i won’t be purchasing items from the company again.

Annoyed and disappointed
Me and my friends ordered a package on 14th may and still today on 16th July we haven’t received it. We are contacting with them through email and they always say to us to have patience!were asking to see SPESIFIC where the package is and they are not telling us where it is!they said we can take our money back but we tried and we could do nothing!(it was saying that the package is on the way to my Homs and for 2 months it’s saying tha exact same thing) I’ll never order from zaful again ..this was the first time..the summer is almost over and I still wear my last summer’s suimsuits!
