Location accuracy

Even though I place my location , if the delivery person relies on them Zomato he goes completely the wrong way and at the wrong place
If I send him my location through his personal mobile he comes directly home without any issues

Order cancellation

As I wrote to the chat I am expand . I wrote the exactly address but the map location was 2 minutes difference and your partner - restaurant stolen my money . I have in my country delivery company and I know very very well !

Good that not been delivered from Tres restaurant

The delivery guy reached at the delivering address and he left with food because my phone was not reachable.
Is there any term or regulation in your app saying that the food has to be delivered after you answer a call from the delivery guy??
You are not delivering items, you are delivering food to people who are working, they gave lunch brakes and they need their food on time in order to be able to continue working.
I m sorry but that was a despicable behavior from you mr delivery staff.
