Where do I start with this?

I am very disappointed to the point that I'm about to return my newly purchased Smooth5.
First of all, translate properly your app. There are still bubbles In Chinese. Like, is this about to destroy my gimbal or just a tip? Who knows? Then, it absolutely fails to stitch panoramas. The absolute deal breaker, is the tracking. It absolutely fails to track anything more for three seconds. No matter how far, how small or big or if it's on a neutral background or not. It makes the gimbal go bananas, trying to track things that aren't there. It's very bad and makes half of the reason to have a gimbal in the first place.
Maybe, before asking people to subscribe and pay monthly fees, you should fix basic features. It's a shame, really.

Smooth 5 bugs

The focus works only at manual mode Zy play with smooth 4 worked also at auto mode Menu button works only to choose photo or video etc and type of gimbal operations p.x. PF AT ZY PLAY WITH SMOOTH ALL MENUS WERE AVAILABLE. Adjustment wheel all choices p.x. display iso etc does not work . If there is no malfunction at my smooth 5 then the zy cami has too much bugs. I hope these bugs to be solved soon since the gimbal is not operational and i have to make choices at my iphone 13 screen . I bought it because of the physical buttons and some of them are not usable.

Unacceptable

You pay a good amount of money to buy a gimbal, and you can not use it unless you pay extra for premium features. Free version is not enough. Very disappointed.
