Knives at the ready: it’s time to learn some serious skills. Toca Kitchen Sushi puts you in charge of a successful seaside sushi bar, where you are the sole chef tasked with preparing imaginative sushi for your insatiably hungry patrons.
You start with an enormous, glass-fronted cabinet full of food – from whole, scaly fishes to a slippery octopus tentacle to juicy radishes. A huge gelatinous squid watches you with a beady eye, almost daring you to make a meal from it.
That’s the easy bit: now you have to turn your ingredients into lunch. Slice up the seafood, judiciously fry your vegetables, make sushi roll after sushi roll, and whizz-up rice in ever-increasing quantities.
Pick the right serving board to dispatch your creations down the conveyor belt to your waiting customer.
You’re not limited strictly to sushi; fry up some beef and spring onions, wrap in a lettuce leaf and drizzle with sriracha…though be careful not to make your food too spicy, unless you want to watch steam come out of a customer’s ears!
