تطبيق مستشاري هو أول تطبيق عربي مختص بخدمات الصحة الانجابية والجنسية الشمولية لفئة الشباب. يسعى تطبيق مستشاري للتثقيف حول الصحة الانجابية والجنسية بين فئة الشباب من عمر 15-35 سنة، وتوعيتهم بحقوقهم في الصحة، وضمان وصولهم لمعلومات وخدمات عالية الجودة في الصحة وتحديداً الصحة الانجابية والجنسية.
يوفر تطبيق مستشاري عدة خدمات للمستخدمين وهي:
اسأل مختص: هذه الخدمة توفر تواصل مباشر بين المستخدم وفريق من الأخصائيين والخبراء من طواقم جمعية الاغاثة الطبية الفلسطينية، للاجابة عن اي اسئلة واستفسارات في الصحة، وتوفير الاستشارات والتوجيهات وخدمات التحويل في بعض الحالات.
أقرأ مقالاً: من خلال هذه الخاصيّة يمكن للمستخدمين تصفح وقراءة مقالات شبابية متنوعة في مواضيع مختلفة بالصحة الانجابية والجنسية، تمت كتابتها من قبل شباب مختصين في مجالات الصحة ومراجعتها من قبل خبراء جمعية الاغاثة الطبية الفلسيطينية.
الاسئلة الشائعة: تتيح هذه الخاصية للمستخدمين تصفح الاسئلة الاأكثر شيوعاً التي تصل لفريق الخبراء من خلال التطبيق، ومشاهدة الأجوبة من الأطباء على هذه الاسئلة.
المناسبات: يوفر التطبيق تقويم سنوي يتم تحديثه بكافة النشاطات والفعاليات التي تقام بفلسطين فيما يخص الصحة الانجابية والجنسية، ليتسنى للمستخدمين الاطلاع على جميع الفعاليات والمشاركة فيها.
تطبيق مستشاري لا يحتاج الى التسجيل، ويوفر خاصية السرية والامان عند التراسل مع الاطباء، وبشكل مجاني.
تم بناء محتوى التطبيق بناء على مراجع علمية موثوقة وبمراجعة وتدقيق فريق من الخبراء والمختصين.
المؤسسة المنفذة والشركاء:
هذا التطبيق بتنفيذ من جمعية الاغاثة الطبية الفلسطينية بالشراكة مع صندوق الامم المتحدة للسكان UNFPA وبتمويل من وكالة التعاون الإنمائي الايطالي.

Mostashari (my consultant) is the first Arab Mobile Application specialized in Comprehensive Sexual and Reproductive Health services for young people. Mostashari is designed to educate and raise awareness of young people aged between 15-35 years old on SRHR related topics, and ensure their right of access to high quality SRH information and services.
Mostashari provides several services to its users including:
Ask the expert: this service provides a direct communication channel between each user and the pool of PMRS experts and specialists, who are ready to answer any inquiries and questions related to health, and provide consultations and referral if needed.
Read an article: through this feature, the user can browse and read a diverse set of youth-friendly articles in different topics related to SRHR, which were written by young health experts and revised and approved by PMRS experts.
FAQs: this feature lists down the most frequently asked questions by users to the team of experts, and presents the answers to these questions.
Events: this feature provides an annual calendar that includes all SRHR-related events in Palestine, where users can browse and participate in.
Mostashari App does not require signing up, and provides privacy and safety when communicating with the team of experts, and free of charge.
The content of the application is developed based on credible scientific references, and revised by the PMRS team of experts.

This Mobile Application is implemented by The Palestinian Medical Relief Society in partnership with UNFPA Palestine, and funded by the Italian Cooperation Agency.
