I cancelled mu subscription
I purchased a subscription and then cancel on renewal. I was said I’ll be able to use the premium plan until January 2025 because I already paid for it. However, I reinstalled the app and it’s asking me for purchasing a subscription again. A refund wasnt issued. I need my money back or give me the service I paid for

Hi Lisa, I'm sorry to hear that! As long as you are using the same Apple ID, you should be able to get your subscription back. Simply go to AppBlock > More > Restore purchase. After tapping on that AppBlock should recognize your premium.
If you have any troubles with these steps, head to the premium buying page and below the Other options button tap the Restore purchases. If that doesn't help, please follow the steps in the following guide: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204530. Hi, If nothing is blocking, the VPN may not be installed correctly. If you are experiencing issues with social media apps, they can load a lot of material into cache and the cut-off from the internet may not immediately be noticeable. We are aware of the limitations, and therefore starting from the next update - AppBlock 2.0 running on iOS16 - we will use a different method to block apps, not just cutting you off from the internet but stopping you from accesssing the app altogether. Check it out once released!
