Features:
1. Detect sleep status and evaluate sleep quality
Relying on smart wearable devices to detect the users' sleep status, analysis the sleep quality and provide suggestion accordinly.

2. Track daily exercise
Relying on smart wearable devices, collect daily exercise data such as walked steps, running, heart rate, stride frequency, pace, calories, etc., provide suggestion on users' health trends.

3. Health management
According to the user's heart rate, blood pressure, blood oxygen, weight and other physical health data, statistical analysis is carried out for users' reference.
