Welcome to the Clockwork App! The first app software empowering Property Management Maintenance Teams. Our easy to use system helps schedule turn services and all vendor services. Your “make ready” board for the 22nd century! Track all of your scheduled dates, upcoming projects and completed projects. Prepare your up-coming move outs by pre-scheduling right from your phone, track and update. Take move out photos, notes and detailed information for your deposit accounting all while scheduling your needed services. The ultimate organizational tool for all Property Management Teams. (currently serving all of Los Angeles County, Ventura County and the Santa Clarita Valley – expansion to come!)
What’s New
Version 1.23
-We have redesigned how we load the attachments on the Work Details screen, images will now be loaded behind the scenes so you can immediately work with the Details screen. All images must be loaded before exporting to PDF and the Attachment screen will now load images when you navigate to it.
