Each task you create belongs to one of the four categories below.
1. Important and Urgent (prioritize and get done first)
2. Important and Not urgent (make plans for them)
3. Not important and Urgent (offload to others or say no to)
4. Not important and Not Urgent (try not do them)
We believe this can help you take a step back and evaluate different options how you can plan your day for what is important to you.
