Falta de Interés del Personal
He visto que esta App evita a toda costa poder tener contacto con Servicio al Cliente. Cobran comisión pero no se preocupan por resolver alguna duda o inconveniente al respecto con el servicio. Se manda msj y dicen q hasta en 2 días responden, pero para la comisión sí cobran inmediatamente.
Faltan varias opciones
Esta aplicación es muy incompleta aparte deberían de colocar una opción para que nosotros podamos evaluar al huésped después de su estadía como Airbnb lo hace así sabemos quien llega he informar a otros alojamientos sobre la clase de huéspedes que llegan
