Rise and Shine meditations are for anyone, whether you are a beginner or an experienced meditator. Our guided meditations are channeled directly from the universal mind consciousness, are imbued with the elements of energy work and are charged with high vibrational frequencies for a deep transformational journey. Our guided meditations are available in length of 5-20 minutes, so you can choose what works for you. New set of 4meditations on various topics is added every month.

Rise and Shine weekly energy work group sessions contain elements of reiki, cosmoenergetics, bioenergetics and Deeksha practices to balance and harmonize your chakras, your energy centers, energy channels and energy bodies, enhancing the aura and setting an energy protection. Rise and Shine energy work techniques do not provide healing of your physical body’s or mental diseases, nor we give any advice how to treat one, please, consult a licensed health care professional for such matters.

Should you use Rise and Shine Meditations to access in-app content via available subscription(s), a payment will be charged to your credit card after the trial period ends and when a subscription renews. A subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. There is no increase in price when renewing.

Subscription(s) can be managed and auto-renewal turned off in Account Settings in the App Store after purchase.
